3. Export Store Service

• The Export Store allows buyers to purchase products directly from sellers/exporters online.

• Turkish Agro facilitates communication and transaction infrastructure but does not guarantee product quality or delivery. Buyers are advised to perform due diligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Turkish Agro platform are the property of İnternetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Turkish Agro and İnternetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or transactions between users.
